La marca de Paul suele ser muy eficiente y ofrecer productos frescos y apetecibles. El local del Aeropuerto de Palma es una de las excepciones.. los bocadillos dejan mucho que desear y el servicio también. Una pena..

Latina con extensiónes rubias se metió con mi esposo por querer comer el bacadillo caliente me dijo "estamos en España " a lo que quiso dar a entender que me lo tenía que comer frío. (el pan estaba tieso)

Ein Menü aus frischem Orangensaft, Café Americano & einem Bocadillo bestellt . Der Café war prima, der Saft etwas verdünnt aber auch gut und das Sandwich war zumindest okay. Die weiblichen Servicekräfte waren mir gegenüber sehr höflich und zuvorkommend

The food is very old and stale. Seems like the macarons are there from the time this place opened. Even the orange juice is sour. Nothing like usual Paul cafes

Das Bagutte war mit unreifen Tomaten belegt und kein Mozzarella wie angegeben bzw gedacht. Seine 7,69 € nicht wert.Nicht zu empfehlen.
Cappucino war ok da aus Siebträgermaschine und frisch gemalen Bohnen.

Absolutely horrendous service at this Paul branch. I ordered a flat white and was given completely burned milk. I took a sip and burned my lips. I went back to get a new coffee and the barista poured out half my coffee and added new milk in the cup and thought that was fine. I asked for a new coffee with milk at 60-70 degrees. She just said, I asked for cafe con leche. I calmly explained i just don't want burned milk so she took a jug of burned milk and a jug of cold milk and said go ahead you add it yourself. I ended up having to make my own coffee. The lady with short black hair then said some rude things in Spanish I'm not gonna repeat. I would encourage the franchise to provide barista training. This service and quality is well below the standard of the usual Paul cafe

The service latina girl with light hair provided me with a moment ago with was terrible. I politely reminded her that I didn’t get drinks I paid for and since my order was quite big I took the wrong receipt. She shouted at me even though i ordered it like half a minute ago and was constantly gesticulating and shouting something in Spanish. I didn’t know whether I should take the drinks myself or not because she didn’t bother to tell us. The whole experience was awful and I will advice against visiting Paul - Sandwiches the rest of my life.
